Remote wireless communication with our controllers

Our system, after adding a new GPRS module, has the ability to remotely communicate with both the gas controller and the on-board OBD diagnostics of the vehicle without the need to connect a diagnostic computer. Our technicians can solve almost any problem remotely. Thanks to the GPRS module, we are able to analyze and report routes and fuel consumption for the customer. Our system as the only one in the world has additional functionality that allows for communication with the gas controller via the telematics system in the on-line mode (additional option to be purchased). The ST-20 telematics set is unique a software and hardware solution that allows not only to monitor the parameters of the car gas installation during its normal operation - but also to actively change their value, and even replace the entire control software as part of its update. Updates are carried out continuously on the basis of information collected around the world on the optimal use of dual-fuel drives in the vehicles we monitor.

Our team of engineers is able to quickly react to any faults by communicating on-line with the controller and solve most problems without having to travel to the site, and our mobile services, if necessary, can reach the indicated place.
